For mammas,

by a mamma

Nice to meet you!

When I became pregnant, I was both excited and anxious about soo many things. What I didn't anticipate in the workplace was that pregnancy was governed more by formal policies than by proactive, human focused support. Nor did I imagine I would be looking for a job midway through my parental leave at a startup.

On top of all that, I was feeling incredibly lonely, frustrated, and disconnected. Was it just me who felt like this, I wondered? It turned out that I wasn't alone. After going through several ups and downs, I decided it was time to do something about it all.

The first step I took was to connect myself with other mums by curating a mamma circle, which was an incredible experience for us all. At the same time, I wanted to deepen my knowledge on the motherhood transition called Matrescence, beyond my lived experience. So I got certified in the world first ICF accredited Matrescence Coach program, backed by scientific research from Columbia University.

On a personal level, I was also constantly battling postnatal depletion. Although I found improved energy levels through various methods, nothing stuck as long or gave me such a renewed lease on life as when I discovered integrative embodied movement practices, including breathwork & somatic myofascial release.

This enlightening experience compelled me to take the next step: to help mammas feel revitalised sooner rather than later, both on a personal level, as well as professional.

Today, I'm proud to be sharing and adapting different insights, studies, and experiences to help mums, businesses, and society appreciate that when a mother is properly supported, it's not only the mum, her child, or family who benefit, it's the entire world that is elevated to a new level of vibrancy and success.

Let's talk!
